1. Services

FH Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including, but not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, villa cleaning, apartment cleaning, office cleaning, sofa and mattress cleaning.

All services are provided based on the information supplied by the customer at the time of booking. Any changes must be communicated in advance.


2. Bookings & Appointments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • Customers must provide accurate contact and address information.
  • FH Cleaning reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings if incorrect information is provided.
  • Arrival times are estimated and may vary due to traffic or operational conditions.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are communicated at the time of booking.
  • Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes.
  • Payments must be made using approved payment methods.
  • FH Cleaning does not store credit or debit card details.

Failure to complete payment may result in service cancellation.


4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule bookings by contacting us in advance.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • FH Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure safe access to the property during the service time.
  • Secure valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings.
  • Inform FH Cleaning of any special instructions or hazards.
  • Provide electricity and water access if required for cleaning.

FH Cleaning is not responsible for damage caused by unstable items or pre-existing conditions.


6. Satisfaction & Complaints

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will review complaints and may offer a re-clean or appropriate resolution at our discretion.


7. Liability

  • FH Cleaning takes reasonable care while providing services.
  • We are not liable for wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or hidden defects.
  • Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Health & Safety

Our staff follow health and safety procedures. Customers must inform us of any known risks, allergies, or safety concerns before service.

FH Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe.


9. Use of Website
